Description
The Emergency Department remains the place where medicine and the issues affecting society first impact on each other. The RCEM Scottish Policy Forum continues to be a venue to explore these often non clinical issues which affect both our patients and staff daily, and how some might be solved. The interface between Emergency Medicine and Primary Care, the Law, Politics and the health of Society in general will all be discussed with a view to sharing ideas and learning together to improve outcomes for everybody in the ED.
