This event is free and open to Senior Members, Fellows and Honorary Fellows of the RCPCH only. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.

Introduction: The presentations begin with an introduction from Sebastian Taylor, Head of Global Operations at the College, on the work of RCPCH Global programmes around the world.

Global projects: This is followed by Jean Bowyer, who will talk about ongoing projects in Myanmar, and Sue Broster, explaining the neonatal work of the Global teams.

Child health Information for All (CHIFA): The last presentation of the morning is by Tony Waterston, CHIFA Lead Moderator, and Charles Nwobu, CHIFA Desk Officer, about supporting global Healthcare professionals from the UK.

Sit down lunch and networking

Senior involvement in global work: Following lunch, you have the opportunity to discuss the specific areas of global work where Senior involvement could be helpful, and how this can be coordinated.

Tea and networking: Tea is served at 3:30 pm, with a chance to network with fellow Senior Members before the day ends at 4 pm.
