After the success of the last two artificial intelligence events in 2018 and 2019, jointlyorganised by The British Institute of Radiology and Royal College of Radiologists, we areback again in 2020. This time it will be even bigger and better with a new format!This year’s event will be held across two-days with sessions appealing to ourmultidisciplinary audience.Day one will cover talks on AI from a global perspective and the progressive researchbeing undertaken across continents. This will be followed by a session on AI in oncologyin the afternoon, with eminent speakers in this field led by Royal Marsden Hospital.Day two will cover clinical research-based talks interspersed with talks from theindustry where representatives will discuss their pioneering work to aid the healthcareindustry with cutting-edge technology.Throughout the two-days, there will be proffered oral presentationsshowcasing research being undertaken currently across various hospitals in thecountry.We invite all radiologists (consultants and trainees), radiographers, physicists,oncologists as well as other healthcare professionals and those with an interest in AI tojoin us at this exciting event.
