Overview
This meeting held by the Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury (OASI) Care Bundle project team will provide a unique opportunity to hear first-hand the findings of the Quality Improvement project. The project is a partnership between the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), Royal College of Midwives (RCM), London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. It received funding in May 2016 by The Health Foundation Scaling Up Improvement Programme. The project has been rolled out in 16 units across England, Scotland and Wales since January 2017. Over the course of the day the findings will be presented from both the qualitative and quantitative analyses. There will also be an opportunity for discussion and future plans of both the Colleges will be discussed.
